If you have access to a gym or exercise equipment at your home, and you are motivated and have a fitness goal – yes you can!
The hardest part of any fitness program is getting started. Part of getting started is preparing a plan. Once it’s laid out for you, you’ll just need to stick to the plan. It’s that simple.
This program is not for everyone. Below is a list of who I will and won't work with.
Motivated individuals. I can give you all the tools you need, but ultimately, it’s up to YOU to put in the work and stick to the plan.
Individuals with experience in the weight room and have familiarity with exercise names, equipment, and can read and understand sets and reps on a workout program.
Individuals WITHOUT existing injuries or limitations.
Individuals committed and dedicated to AT LEAST 3 months of an exercise program. If you’re looking for a quick fix, I’m not going to be a good fit.
Powerlifters – if you are preparing for a powerlifting competition or this is your focus, find a powerlifting coach. I can get you stronger, but this is a specific niche for specific coaches.
CrossFit athletes – nothing against CrossFit, but again, there’s specific coaches and gyms for individuals interested in CrossFit.
If you’re under the age of 16 – this is a vulnerable age when it comes to exercising properly. The body is still maturing and I prefer individuals with more years of experience in the weight room – especially since I can’t be there in person with you.
You must complete the inquiry form. After I receive and review your form, I will contact you to setup a quick phone screening to receive more information, and answer any further questions you may have.
We will have a quick call so that I can get more information on your fitness goals and decide which plan fits best for you. Again, the program is tailored specifically to you.
After completing your assessment form, I’ll review it then begin preparing your program. You’ll have time to review the program, and get all your questions answered before we begin! We will work together closely throughout to ensure we are on track to achieving your goals.
A plan specifically designed for you to achieve your fitness goals.
All the programming and coaching begins on the first Monday of every month. So, new clients will need to be enrolled, and have completed the 3-step sign-up process before the first Monday of the month. Otherwise, they’ll need to wait until the following month to begin.
It is ideal, but not necessary. During our consult call, we will discuss where you’ll be exercising and what type of equipment you’ll be using. From there, I will be able to shape your program based off the equipment you have.
Everyone is different and has different goals at hand. Again, during our consult call, we will discuss your current activity level, goals, schedule, etc. and base your prescribed number of workout days off that data. My objective is to help you achieve your goal based off your current lifestyle.
Train Like An Athlete. When you think about who the most fit people are, do athletes come to mind? Exactly. I believe pushing past your comfort level is essential to breaking barriers and old habits that halt progression and eventual success. If you like to do the same boring exercises, routines, and don’t like to move, then I’m not the one for you.
